We offer free ground shipping for all orders within the United States.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day after the payment is confirmed. Estimated delivery times for standard shipping for U.S. orders range from 3 to 5 business days.
TAMARA offers international shipping. International shipping rates are subject to variation and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that any supplementary taxes and/or fees that may apply upon the package's arrival in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. While TAMARA can't determine exact shipping and delivery times for international shipping, we are committed to delivering excellence across borders, providing you with a seamless shipping experience.
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
At this time, we are unable to offer free returns. The responsibility for returned or exchanged products rests with the customer until they are received by TAMARA.
The processing of refunds or exchanges will commence upon the successful receipt of the returned package. We will notify you once we've received your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
