September is New Years. A month where things shift. Slowly. Quietly. The air changes before we notice. The days shorten without asking for permission. And with that change comes a natural pause: a moment to slow down, reassess, and realign. In that in-between space, something important happens: We begin to become.
For me, September has always marked a turning point. And naturally, it has become a turning point for TAMARA too.
This is the time of year when the noise settles. When summer’s spontaneity gives way to structure. When routines return, but with more intention. Behind the scenes, this is when I step back and look at the brand through clarity.
TAMARA was born from an in-between space. Between past and present. Between heritage and modern life. Between an idea and the courage to make it real. That same tension still exists today, but it shows up differently. It shows up in decisions: what to keep, what to refine, what to let go of.
September is when those decisions are made.
It’s when designs are reviewed with a more critical eye. When we look at what has resonated and what hasn’t. When we think about how the scarves are being worn, who they’re reaching, and how the brand is evolving alongside the women who choose it.
Building a brand isn’t about constant acceleration. It’s about knowing when to move forward and when to pause. September is that pause. The moment we allow ourselves to ask the real questions: What have we created so far? What feels true to our values? What deserves to move forward with us into the next season?
The answers aren’t always immediate, and that’s okay... This season isn’t about rushing toward the next launch or chasing momentum for the sake of it. It’s about refinement. Alignment. Making sure every step forward feels intentional.
So, we invite you to pause with us.
